Working Principle of Paste Kettle

Starch paste kettle
offered by comes with a loose lid cover which is lifted in order to feed the container with starch. You are advised not to fill the container above anchor stirrer blade’s level. Excess filling must be avoided at all times as it would cause the starch to overflow. Once you
mix all the necessary preservatives and emulsifiers with the starch, close the container’s lid. Now depending upon the model type, you either
need to fill the jacket with steam (for steam heated model) or thermic fluid (for thermic oil heated model).  Start the heaters and use
the temperature controller to set the desired temperature. You can also adjust the speed of stirrer by using the mixing stirrer equipped with an ultra-modern VFD control. You can allow the process to go on for 15 to 30 minutes depending upon the type of product. Once the entire process is finished, you can use the rotating hand wheel of the tilting type paste kettle to lift the stirrer.

Receive the finished paste with ease by placing the storage container below the kettle.
